The service and the work was good. I would rehire L&T but you need to know the guy who replaced the insulation took shortcuts but fixed it because I inspected it and found many issues of putting in the insulation correctly. Lastly, 3 tiles were bid to be replaced and nothing was done so I asked for the full amount to be reduced and L&T agreed. I must say everyone was very nice and on time. The work was started and finished in 2 days
